We offer gift vouchers in any amount and they can be used for full or part-payment on any of our products or services.  All you need to do is type a personalised message, choose the date to send it and it will arrive in the recipient’s inbox on that day.  Alternatively, you can have it sent to your own inbox immediately and print it out to pop in a card.

The vouchers are valid for 6 months and will be emailed to you AND the recipient free of charge. If you only wish for it to be emailed to you, please enter your own email in the recipient box.

Your finished piece of jewellery will arrive in an elegantly presented gift box and includes a Certificate of Authenticity.

Estimated Delivery Time

All items are individually handcrafted to order and will be dispatched approximately 8-10 weeks after we receive your inclusions.

Please note: If your item is on pre-order, it is currently in the manufacturing stage. For a more accurate estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us directly.

Every Lasting Memories piece is carefully handmade and personalised. As all colours and shades are mixed by hand, slight variations from images shown on our website or social media may occur.

Important: Items featuring Cubic Zirconia (CZ) stones are recommended for occasional wear only.

To Maintain the Beauty of Your Jewellery:

  • Use the silver polishing cloth provided to gently clean your jewellery.
  • Store your piece in its original box, away from direct sunlight.

To Prevent Damage:

  • Avoid bumping, scratching, or sleeping in your jewellery.
  • Do not submerge your jewellery in water or any liquid, as the resin is not waterproof.
  • Refrain from wearing your jewellery while showering, swimming, or during any water-related activities.
  • Protect your jewellery from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause the resin to discolour.
  • Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals including perfume, hairspray, hand sanitiser, and cleaning products.
