By agreeing to our Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to the following:
- Handcrafted Items
Each item is individually handmade and colours may vary depending on:
A) The jewellery setting the stone is cast into.
B) The encasements being cast within the piece (e.g. dark, red, blonde or grey hair strands will all
show differently depending on their natural pigment and how they interact with resin and added
colour).
White, grey, blonde, cream or light coloured hair, horse or pet hair/fur may appear translucent
within resin, as lighter hair often contains little to no pigment. If you have any concerns, please
contact us for advice.
This also applies to ashes. Due to the wide variation in colour of ashes, it is sometimes difficult to
predict the final appearance.

the Contact Us at the top of each page. - Personalised Items
Any items that require an up-load of an image (fingerprint, hand and foot print, text, photo etc)
please use the up-load button on the website. Please ensure all images are clear with no shadows
where possible. Clarity of image will affect your finished item.
The background will be removed from images for the best results.
Please double check your order details and personalisation’s are all correct before placing your
order. We are not responsible for any misspelling on orders and this does not constitute an order
defect.
All personalised items are non-refundable. - Order Changes & Cancellations
Unless you notify us within 24 hours of purchase that:
A) You wish to change the item ordered, or
B) You have ordered incorrectly,
We are not obliged to amend or refund your order if you change your mind after this period, we
are not obligated to issue a full refund. - Posting Encasements
You accept full responsibility for sending your encasements to us. In the unlikely event that they
are lost in transit, Lasting Memories cannot be held liable. We strongly recommend sending all
encasements via Royal Mail Special Delivery for peace of mind and appropriate insurance cover.
- Delay in Receiving Encasements
If we have not received the required encasements within 6 weeks of your order (unless
international shipping delays have been communicated), we reserve the right to refuse a refund
and may also decline to proceed with the order after this timeframe.
⸻ - Shipping Details
The name and address provided at checkout will be the details used for postage. If you need to
amend these details after placing your order, you must contact us directly and receive
confirmation of the change.
If Royal Mail or any courier service used loses your parcel, we cannot accept responsibility;
however, we will endeavour to assist in tracking the parcel and claiming compensation where
possible.
If you move address and fail to notify us, parcels will be sent to the address originally provided.
Lasting Memories accepts no liability for parcels lost in these circumstances.
⸻ - Accidental Damage
If your item is accidentally damaged, we are not obliged to refund or repair it. However, we will
always try to assist where possible — please contact us to discuss.
This includes damage caused by exposure to chemicals such as hand sanitiser, perfume or cleaning
products, which may cause clouding within resin. Care instructions are provided with every item.
If your item arrives damaged, we will do our utmost to rectify the issue promptly.
⸻ - Faulty Goods
If goods are found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will offer a repair, replacement or full
refund upon return of the item.
After a 30 day period, we are not obligated to offer a refund or exchange, although we may
choose to resolve the matter at our discretion.
⸻• Turnaround Time
Our estimated turnaround time is approximately 8-10 weeks from the date we receive your
inclusions for all items that are in stock. For any pre-order or custom made items turnaround
maybe longer. In this instance we will contact you directly to advise of timescales.
Turnaround times may also be affected by delays from third-party suppliers or courier services
involved in supplying Lasting Memories Jewellery.
By placing your order, you acknowledge that turnaround times are estimates only and that
unforeseen delays may occur. We will always endeavour to meet deadlines
