**Care Instructions:**

– Polish your Ashes Jewellery using the silver polishing cloth provided.
– Store your Ashes Jewellery in the box to protect it from direct sunlight.
**DO NOT:**
– Allow your Ashes Jewellery to be bumped, scratched, or worn while sleeping.
– Submerge your Ashes Jewellery in water or any liquid, as the resin is not waterproof.
– Wear your jewellery while showering, swimming, or engaging in similar activities.
– Expose your Ashes Jewellery to prolonged direct sunlight, as this may cause the resin to discolour.
– Subject your Ashes Jewellery to harsh chemicals or cleaning products, such as perfume, hairspray, hand sanitiser, or other cleaning agents.
– Please be aware that smoking can also lead to discoloration of the resin in your Ashes Jewellery.

**LASTING MEMORIES TERMS & CONDITIONS**
By placing an order, you automatically agree to our Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge and accept the following:
All items are handcrafted, and variations may occur as a result of this process. Due to the wide range of hair color variations, it is not possible to predict the final appearance of your item. **Please note:** Light-colored hair may become transparent within the resin due to a lack of pigment.
Once you have placed your order, changes cannot be made unless you notify us within the first 48 hours. Please be aware that we are not obligated to issue refunds if you change your mind.
**Postage:**
You assume full responsibility for sending your inclusions to us. Lasting Memories cannot be held liable for any items that go missing during transit. We strongly recommend using Special Delivery for peace of mind. Please ensure all inclusions are clearly labeled with your name, order number, and address.
Lasting Memories cannot take responsibility for lost items. If a parcel is lost by Royal Mail or another courier service, we will make every effort to track the parcel and assist you in seeking compensation, but we cannot accept liability.
If we do not receive the inclusions required to create your item within four weeks, we reserve the right to refuse refunds and decline to complete your order if your desired item is no longer available from the manufacturer.
**Drop-off or Collection of Finished Items:**
If you are local to the KA3 area and wish to drop off your inclusions in person or arrange for the collection of your finished item, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
**Damages:**
In the event of accidental damage to your item, we are not obligated to provide a refund or repair. However, we will do our best to assist you where possible. This includes damage caused by chemicals such as hand sanitiser or perfume, which can create cloudy spots in the resin. Care instructions are provided with each item to help avoid such issues. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours, and we will make every effort to address the situation.
**CZ Crystals:**
Some designs feature pave set CZ crystals. Due to the delicacy of the stones and the way they are set, there is a possibility of stone loss. Therefore, we recommend these items for occasional wear only.
**Faulty Items:**
For items identified as faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund upon return of the item. After this period, we are not obligated to issue refunds or exchanges but may choose to resolve the issue at our discretion.
**Turnaround Time:**
We provide an estimated turnaround time of approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date we receive your inclusions. This timeframe does not apply to gold or custom ring sizes. Delays may occasionally occur due to third parties involved in supplying Lasting Memories or for courier services. By purchasing your items, you acknowledge that delays may happen at any time, and the dates provided are estimates. We strive to meet deadlines for special occasions whenever possible.
